IFS + EMDR Intensive Therapy

Focused, Depth-Oriented Therapy Without the Limits of Weekly Sessions

This work is designed for people who want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful internal change.

Rather than meeting week-to-week, we use dedicated blocks of time to slow down, track what’s happening in your system, and work directly with what feels stuck, overwhelming, or unclear.

Our work integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and client-centered approaches, allowing us to move between insight and direct processing in a way that is both structured and deeply responsive.

This format creates the space for:

  • Greater clarity in a shorter period of time

  • Access to parts of your experience that can be harder to reach in the start-and-stop pace of weekly therapy.

  • More sustained focus without interruption

I primarily work with therapists and other clinicians, and I also welcome non-clinicians seeking focused, depth-oriented support

Format & Structure

Intensives are offered in 4-hour blocks of time.

You can schedule as many blocks as you’d like based on your goals.

Most people meet:

  • 2–6 times total

  • 8–24 hours of focused work

Sessions may be scheduled:

  • On consecutive days

  • Or spaced out over time

We’ll collaborate on a structure that supports both depth and integration. At this time, all intensive therapy is offered online.

What This Work Looks Like

This is not about covering everything. It’s about choosing a meaningful entry point into your system and working with it directly.

A helpful starting point is simply: what feels most important to focus on right now? From there, we can begin to understand the patterns and parts connected to it.

From there, we follow and explore your system, rather than forcing a predetermined agenda.

Who This Work Is For

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Are a therapist or clinician wanting to do your own deeper work

  • Feel stuck despite insight or previous therapy

  • Prefer focused, immersive work instead of weekly sessions

  • Want to understand your system through parts work (IFS)

  • Are working through trauma, patterns, or internal conflict

  • Are preparing for or integrating a psychedelic experience

  • Are seeking clarity, direction, or internal movement

You don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin. We can find the focus together.
