Therapy That Helps You Understand Yourself
and Create More Choice through awareness
Ongoing Therapy
(Weekly or Biweekly)
Ongoing therapy offers a steady, consistent space to understand yourself over time.
This work is less about urgency and more about building clarity, stability, and a deeper relationship with your internal experience
We work at a pace that gives you insight, integration, and meaningful change.
Who This Work Is For
This may be a good fit if you:
Want consistent support as you navigate patterns, emotions, or transitions
Prefer a slower, ongoing process rather than intensive work
Are building capacity over time rather than focusing on a specific target
Want space to explore your internal world in a steady, supported way
What We Focus On
In ongoing therapy, we work with:
Patterns that repeat over time
Emotional responses that feel confusing or overwhelming
Identity, direction, and life transitions
Trauma and past experiences that still feel present
Relationships and how you show up within them
This work helps you understand why you feel and respond the way you do, and how that can begin to shift.

Availability
My availability for ongoing therapy is limited.
Much of my practice is focused on:
Intensive therapy
Psychological assessment
Teaching and training clinicians
Facilitating therapist retreats
Because of this, ongoing weekly or biweekly sessions are offered in a limited number of spots. Contact me to enquire about availability.
Consider Intensive Work
Many people who are drawn to working with me choose to begin with intensive therapy.
This format allows us to focus deeply, move more quickly, and work in a structured, time-limited way.
Because intensive work is scheduled in blocks rather than ongoing weekly sessions, it also tends to offer more flexibility and availability.
